Hi Sara (and anyone who may know...)
My husband, Trevor, is going to bike with the runners during the night. Did you have a biker last year? Did they ride in the van with you? We don't understand the logistics. If he drives himself, at the end of the night, he will be very far away from the car. Let us know if you know anything. If not, we can have Treana find out at the meeting.

We didn't have a biker last year, but it does sound like the logistics would be tricky. I can't imagine how to get him back to his car without having a second extra vehicle, unless the "inactive" van were to drive him back to his car... but the timing could be sketchy if that van wasn't back in time to start their next "active" period. The easiest might be having him ride in the van with his bike (if he wants to spend 24+ hours in a van with a bunch of sweaty runners).
